NY SENATOR JEN METZGER AWARDS AMY LEWIS SWEETMAN FOR LEADERSHIP AS ARTIST IN RESIDENCE

With a surprise visit from the NY State Senate - representative Max Cordella presented an award from NY Senator Jen Metzger to Amy Lewis Sweetman - a Certificate of Recognition for her Leadership as the Creator of the Community Fountain Laboratory while serving as the first STEAM Artist in Residence at the Albert Wisner Public Library of Warwick, NY during Autumn 2019. Senator Jen Metzger also awarded Susan D. and Glenn P. Dickes a Certificate of Recognition for Sponsoring the STEAM Artist in Residence Program at the Albert Wisner Public Library.

A very special thank you - to Kathleen Georgalas, Rosemary Cooper and the entire staff of the Albert Wisner Public Library, Susan D. and Glenn P. Dickes and NY State Senator Jen Metzger - for believing in the power of combining the principles of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) with an Artist in Residence at a public library... making it possible for me to create and provide world class programming to the public for free. All are always welcome.
