Planting Parsley with AGRISCULPTURE Amy
Wednesday March 17th at 2pm and 3pm
Did you know that Karpas, a green leafy vegetable - usually parsley - is one of the six Passover foods on the Seder plate? It is traditionally used to symbolize the initial flourishing of the Israelites in Egypt - and today also nods towards the beginning of Spring! Join in the fun with AGRISCULPTURE Amy at Newburgh JCC to learn all about planting parsley from seed - then populate your own biodegradable pot! Decorate your parsley pots with natural, recycled and craft materials to give as gifts or to bring home and plant in the Earth!
