held through the Jarrett Markel Creativity Bootcamp and Orange County Arts Council
Join in the fun - and transform ordinary pieces of wood into beautiful walking sticks! Bring your own branch or pick one from the selection waiting for you in Class. Different age groups will use a variety of techniques and natural, recycled and craft materials to bring forth the inherent beauty of the wood while adding their own creative ideas and elements! From paints to feathers to leather strips to googly eyes - each Walking Stick will be as unique as its creator - and can be enjoyed while getting fresh air and walking around your yard, neighborhood, local park or wilderness area!
